Rules of Buying

1. Make sure before you ask any questions about the product that you fully read the description and view photos before asking questions.

2. Please do not try and talk them down on the post. If you are interested in the item try sending them a private message before putting unnecessary comments on their thread.

3. Make sure before you buy that you are aware of the pickup and travel arrangements. Failing to pick up an item can result in a violation/ termination of this board.

4. Please do not cause a fight or drama on any post because you were not the chosen buyer. The seller has the right to choose the buyer and usually will pick the first to comment on the post but does not have to.

5. Do not buy anything you are unsure of meaning if you do not know if you want it don’t get it. All sales are final and you cannot expect someone to refund you after all it is a flea market.

6. Be courteous. It can be frustrating to not get something you want or you make think something is priced unfair. It is the seller’s choice as to what they want for an item. If you think it is too much, move on. Do not be rude. It can cause you termination of this board.

7. Please do not stand people up. If you are unable to meet the seller please contact them at least 4 hours in advance.

8. Please use cash only unless other arrangements are made with the seller.
