Hire a Humane Officer in Butler PA for animal cruelty

The residents of Butler County have seen many situations that have to do with cruelty to animals. Especially this time of year when we have frigid temperatures and they are out with no shelter. We have no one to call and have these animals checked on to be sure of their safety! When people call someone they are given the runaround and have no where to turn. Their fate is to die because our hands are tied. We cannot get the animal to safety because we would be arrested for stealing!! Funds need to be put aside for a Humane Officer for Butler County!!! We are outraged that money is put into projects that we feel are less important!
